Salt Creek Beach

Salt Creek Beach is a big and wide beach perfect for any van or RV nomad to spend the day. The beach has great surf, restrooms, showers, a park, a cafe, and plenty of parking. You will not have trouble finding a spot on the beach to call your own. There is also a fancy beach resort called Monarch Beach located here.

Doheny State Beach

Doheny State Beach is one of my favorite places to spend the day in my van. It makes the perfect place for any van or RV nomad looking to enjoy the beach and go surfing. The beach has restrooms, showers, an aquarium, a cafe, trash bins, and ample parking. Doheny also has a campground where you can spend a few nights.

El Porto

El Porto is a wonderful beach for any van or RV nomad who wants to go surfing or lay on the beach. It’s the most consistent surf break in the south bay and is located in North Manhattan Beach. There’s a good-sized parking lot along with restrooms, showers, trash cans, volleyball courts, and a small cafe.

Zuma Beach

A van or RV trip to Malibu isn’t complete without a walk along the famous Zuma Beach. The beach is 1.8 miles long and has actual parking right up to the beach. The beach includes food stands, restrooms, restaurants, showers, and volleyball courts. Zuma Beach makes a wonderful place to park the van and spend the day surfing, paddle boarding, or just lounging around watching the scenery.
