Overview:
Descend on Lost Sierra is an annual van life gathering that takes place in the spring. It’s the smaller version of Descend on Bend which is located in Northern California. It’s a great time with fellow van lifers listening to great bands and enjoying everyone’s company.
Adventure:
Descend on Lost Sierra is one of my favorite van life gatherings. The gathering is located in Northern California at the Sierra Valley Basecamp outside Beckwourth, Ca. There usually are around 200 – 300 vans that attend.
You camp out on a field located next to a barn. There is plenty of space for everyone to camp either in a group or isolated.
