Enjoy the serene atmosphere and beautiful scenery as you paddle along the gentle currents.

Townsend

Townsend is a picturesque community with beautiful scenery and a wide variety of tourist attractions. Visit the town’s restored historic district to take in the architecture and learn about the region’s long and interesting past. Canyon Ferry Reservoir

The neighboring Canyon Ferry Reservoir is a great place to get your heart racing. You can go boating, water skiing, or jet skiing on this vast expanse of water. Experience the rush of speeding across the reservoir’s surface, or take it easy and cruise while taking in the breathtaking scenery. Perch, pike, and rainbow trout are just some of the fish that fishing aficionados will have plenty of chances to reel in.

Hiking

There are several routes for hikers in the area to get out and enjoy the outdoors. The Elkhorn Mountains, not far distant, are inviting with their raw splendor.
