 Weather: Summers in Kanab can be hot and dry, with temperatures often exceeding 100°F. Spring and fall offer more moderate temperatures, making them ideal times to visit. Be sure to pack plenty of water, sunscreen, and protective clothing for outdoor activities.

Services: While Kanab is a relatively small town, it offers all the amenities and services that van lifers might need, including grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and outdoor gear shops.

Wildlife: Keep an eye out for wildlife such as desert bighorn sheep, mule deer, and even the elusive desert tortoise while exploring the area. Remember to observe animals from a safe distance and avoid feeding or approaching them.
