Adventure:
Devil Creek Campground, on the borders of Glacier National Park, is a haven for nomadic souls thanks to its bucolic setting and accessibility to the park’s natural attractions. Its convenient location off of US Route 2 allows visitors quick and simple access to the park’s many attractions and stunning scenery.
Glacier National Park
The western entrance to Glacier National area is about 5 miles from Devil Creek Campground, where van dwellers can begin their exploration of the area. The natural wonders of the globe are at your fingertips.
Hiking
Hikers can enjoy stunning views of alpine meadows, glacier-carved valleys, and snow-capped summits on trails like the popular Highline Trail and Hidden Lake Trail. Lake McDonald and Saint Mary Lake are ideal for kayaking and canoeing due to their clean conditions.
Information
32 miles southeast of West Glacier, Montana, and 6 miles west of Marias Pass, a high mountain pass in Glacier National Park, is where you’ll find Devil Creek Campground. There are 13 campsites total, 7 of which can be reserved in advance and 6 that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The maximum length of stay is 16 straight nights and is $18 a night.
There may be some traffic noise from nearby Route 2, but it is easily outweighed by the incredible opportunities for exploration that are so close to the campground.

Directions:
To reach Devil Creek Campground from Missoula, Montana, follow these directions:
1. Start by heading east on I-90 East from Missoula.
2. Continue on I-90 East for approximately 90 miles until you reach the town of East Glacier Park.
3. Take exit 175 toward US Route 2 East/Glacier National Park.
4. Merge onto US Route 2 East and continue for about 40 miles.
5. Look for signs indicating the entrance to Glacier National Park.
6. Once you enter the park, continue on US Route 2 for another 5 miles.
7. Devil Creek Campground will be on your right-hand side, just off US Route 2.
